Owner, on every job
We've never run an ad. We've never needed to.
Every job Urann's Home Repair has done came from a neighbor, a friend or a past customer who picked up the phone and said "call Mike." That's how this business has run since day one, backed by Mike's 35 years in the trade.
We're a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor serving Spokane and the surrounding area. We take on jobs of every size, from drywall repair, painting and tile to full kitchen and bathroom remodels. We build and repair decks, pergolas, gazebos and porticos, and we do roofing too.

What Homeowners Say
Most of our work comes from referrals. Here's why.
Mike rebuilt our master bath and the price he quoted is exactly what we paid. He showed up every morning when he said he would and the tile work is perfect.
Karen M.
South Hill, Spokane
Our old deck was falling apart. He tore it out and built a new one with stairs down the hill, and cleaned up every single day. Our neighbors have already asked for his number.
Dave & Lisa R.
Coeur d'Alene, ID
Honest guy. He told us which repairs could wait and which couldn't, and didn't try to upsell us. We've used him for three projects now.
